A unique approach

Spartan Hauler Motorhomes LLC grew out of our frustration—searching far and wide, we could not find an affordable, rugged, economical to operate motorhome that met our toy hauler based design needs. Everywhere we go, interest and desire is incredible; it is clear that our frustration is widely shared.

So, with a little inspiration and a year's worth of research and design, we built our first unit. Our approach was simple, and we'll follow the same process with every motorhome we build:

• We listed the features and equipment we wanted, and refined a floorplan that incorporated all of them.
• We then consulted with our expert partners to identify the construction, maintenance and reliability issues that might occur with the first draft concept, calculated total conversion weight and distribution, and adjusted the floorplan accordingly.
• A complete bill of materials and a construction order was created (our engineering and program management background are keys to success).
• Next the chassis/cab were specified, along with the box, and the truck was ordered.
• All purchased materials and professional subcontractors were ordered and staged.
• When the truck arrived, the detailed planning resulted in a smooth and quick conversion.

We launched Spartan Hauler Motorhomes LLC to meet the needs of people who want rugged, economical motorhomes to haul their outdoor toys.
